Not knowing whether or not anyone was still sleeping in the house, he politely and gently knocked on the front door rather than ring the doorbell. He ALSO handed me the morning newspaper that had been sitting in the driveway. He is a true professional and a gentleman!!
The service reps are friendly, thorough, and professional, as are the billing reps who answer the phones.
My only concern is that I had to ask that no service be done before 9 A.M. at my home, and it took many phone calls and lots of rescheduling to put that request in place.

It's great to have the trees and shrubs taken care of on a regular basis.
We are alerted a day or so ahead of arrival and they are always on time as announced. I have asked that they not come before 0800 or at least if they do come before 0800 that they do not ring the doorbell but this practice continues.
