Alan is our technician (lately) and he is always friendly, let's me know he's on the way and when he arrives. He always asks what needs to be done and he's thorough. I hope Tru-Green allows Alan to be our "assigned" technician and that Tru-Green appreciates an excellent employee, After experiencing others who don't seem to care and don't bother to make any contact (only leaving the paperwork that a treatment was done - hit and run), I have considered discontinuing service. However, when Alan shows up I change my mind. Alan should be used to train the other technicians! I do recommend Tru-Green but it would be so much easier if ALL the technicians were as conscientious and thorough as Alan and if we had assigned technicians to depend upon.

I answered a survey in the very early morning hours today while i was attempting to pay my Name removed and left you feedback on TruGreen service but also detailed problems i have with your website while using adaptive technology, namely a screen magnifier program that also employs screen-reading speech. I illustrated the constant screen bouncing and cursor bouncing problem I had with your site, not designed at all for those with vision problems. The same goes for the page you just sent me. i experimented trying to tab through those number circles to replicate what a totally blind person would do, but the speech on the computer read each circle differently; on a couple of them it said round circle and read the number, but others just said "round circle" and one even said "square box" because I have a red rectangle that shows me where the cursor is and the screen reader wrongly identified my red box and not yor green circle. In short, i couldn't have taken the survey were i completely blind. You NEED to fix this before i could ever recommend TruGreen to a visually impaired person. Oh sure, there's always the smartphone apps, but i do not do money transactions over any cell phone, it's just my own policy. I'm surprised you sent me this survey though since I just filled out one. BTW, to make my payment it only took me 5-6 tries on your site to cmplete, not good.

The technicians are very professional and it seems the company is run very professionally. While here, I have a huge gripe about your website. I'm legally blind & use a screen magnifier along with speech. This site doesn't play well with adaptive tech. After log-in when I want to get to paying Name removed, page changes, grayed out except for "Go Paperless" UI in middle of screen which I have to click off to get anywhere, but I'm already enrolled. Enough with those notices please. when I finally get to paying th Name removed, I try to enter a card number and every single time I try to type my name in or card number, the screen "jumps" and I'm taken somewhere else on the page and have to find where the cursor is and go back to where I was trying to type. And then speech does not already read the correct line I'm on. This needs to get fixed so I can independently pay my Name removed!!!! Love the service, hate the frustration of paying the Name removed on your site. Oh, BTW, I get frequent emails from you only after a service is performed which seems like a subtle nag to pay the Name removed. You might want to tone that down a bit, I pay quickly and hate the nags. BTW, too bad you guys don't do normal residential yard maintenance like cleaning up yards or trimming bushes, I could use a good gardener. Survey is also not designed well for blind or partially sighted users, those balloon numbers require a mouse to get to and tabbing to hit the right number doesn't work with screen readers or magnifiers.

Professional and trustworthy.
I have a large property loaded with mature trees, bushes and desert cactus. Using a whole house fertilizer doesn’t work for my mix of plants. So having Tru Green fertilize for me solves my problem of having to do this myself by hand. Thank you Tru Green.
