Too soon to see the difference, however the most important thing is the moss is dead and that took no time. Weather is dry and hot so grass is, I'm told, dormant. Does this ever year. But looking forward to next year to see better results?
I had your service about 16 years ago and I was thrilled, grass was beautiful so I'm thinking my soil is at fault. We've only just begun I guess.....

I like that I'm left notes on how to proceed. I am having an issue with the watering. I'm asked to water every third day, I water every other day, for 40 minutes a set, and it doesn't seem to be helping. I think it's the soil underneath. I sit on clay.

Call ahead. Very consistent. I wish you guys had a spray for flower beds to keep weeds out. I know my neighbor uses a service that does both lawn and beds.

The services are convenient, I don't have to be home for them and our yard is starting to look great.

Without fail, I'm always notified of pending service visit, which is usually the very next day (weather permitting), and service tech has always arrived at my house at the appointed time.

Friendliness of service tech personnel. Most recent tech, Steven Cade, is from Texas. As a fellow Texas transplant, Steven cannot be anything but excellent!

Actual service performed always seems to work as indicated on the "What I Did and What to Expect" section of the service ticket.

After three years of Tru-green treatments my lawn is finally looking better and my bushes too. Still not perfect but certainly improved. Name removed

So far they have been great. Although, I believe my backyard was not treated last time and I was charged for it.

I like the advance notice of your visits. Your rep is very knowledgeable about plants and the best care for them.

The lawn remains very healthy, they let you know when they are coming and they come when they say. I do think they push a bit too hard in trying to sell other services.
