TruGreen has done service for my lawns now for a number of years; I contacted them to do my yard at my new home. They have been very responsive and the service is great. The workers try to answer all my questions in a timely manner and offer suggestions as applicable. I've had neighbors say our yard "was the best in the neighborhood". I love it when others tell me how much they like the yard and I always mention TruGreen.

The people who do the work on our lawn are all very professional and friendly. My lawn is looking much better and the weeds are pretty much gone as well as the moss. Looking forward to spring 2024!

Our main tech Jacob B is awesome. The folks doing the service seem well educated and easy to interact with. On the could improve side of things, the app is awesome but could use some improvements to enhance usability and functionality.
It has made a huge difference in all of my plants.!!
I don't have to keep tract of what what I should be doing with my lawn. And I do not have to spend the time doing it. I do want the to know what you are putting on the lawn. However, all lawns do not seem to be just alike so at times some may need something else or nothing. There are some lawns where the owner should take more care inorder to have a nice lawn. It is important for the lawn to be watered at times. I am not the best at caring for my lawn anymore so I do thank you for what you do.
Every time TruGreen come out to service my lawns. They always take the time to greet me, explain what products they are applying and what they do. TruGreen always answers my lawn questions. I look forward to TruGreen coming out.

The lawn treatments performed actually work. Your lawn guys are super nice and always let me know when they are coming with a phone call. This is a well run company and as long as the prices do not go up too much each year, I plan to stay with TruGreen for my lawn care.

Got rid of the crab grass and greened up my lawn. Disappointed with the lack of help to know other things about lawn - such as length for mowing and why sometimes during the summer brown spots were there in spots.
It would be nice to know what to do over the winter and a specific evaluation of lawn to know what to do to prepare for next year.
Bottom line: lack of personal feedback on my specific lawn.
