I like that I am left with yard signs showing my lawn was serviced. I also like the written up receipt that is left on my door step that shows what was done and who to call if I have questions. Great Communication with the customer!!!

Customize your own plan as every lawn requirements are different from others. There to give you what you want. Priced quite fair.
Example: My service professional (15 years +/-) when I want something done she will inform you
when is the best time. Also, learned only 1 inch about every 3 day's works best for your lawn.
Otherwise the roots do not grow deeper and you end up wasting time and water not to mention
a burned lawn.
Over seeding, fertilizer and weed / moss control - you do it all.
Michael Brighenti performed my lawn service and I attribute my lawns good health to having Michael as my Trugreen service tech. Even with the new record of 52 consecutive days without measurable precipitation, and using sprinklers this summer my lawn overall is in better shape than past summers. Michael has pointed out areas I need to address with the lawn and I will heed his advice.
I appreciate the service folks taking the time to talk with me and their depth of knowledge. So far everyone I hav ehad a chance to talk with has been very friendly, knowledgeable and even though I know they are busy there is never a sense that they are in a hurry.

Tom is doing a very good job. We had requested that the product not be left on our sidewalks and concrete and he is very careful to not leave anything on them. He is always pleasant and has given us several good ideas. We are very happy to have him service our house.

The local staff is good to work with. Get rid of the Judy voice mmessages on the last minute service. Phone staff is disfunctional also. One in 10 are with it and helpfull.
