On time, efficient and courteous personnel come to our house to service our lawn. One question though: Why has every service visit been by a different person each and every time for a couple of years now. Doesn't look like the business can hold on to employees unless there's some other reason for this seemingly instability of techs doing our service work.

With your services my lawns never misses a treatment. I also really like the aeration service. One thing I like to see more attention to is when your team spreads new seed, they not use a broadcast spreader because it leads to grass growing in areas we don't want grass, like in our flower beds. A drop spreader is requested for seed.

The lawn looks healthy. The service technicians are polite, they always close the side gate and they let you know if they see problems like insects or mold growth on shrubs.
