Services have been great. Nice to see reports and suggestions. I did think it was funny that the 8/25/23 and 10/2/23 reports were nearly duplicates. Both noted "Your lawn should green up more evenly as it warms up" and "Water as needed to promote greenup as temperatures increase." Umm . . . October in Oregon temps do not increase. They decrease, or hopefully. I had to wonder if he cut and pasted. lol.
I've been with TruGreen for a little more than 4 years and wouldn't change a thing. I struggled with my lawn prior to getting the TruGreen service and it was the best decision I ever made.

One observation from last lawn application - the service man left burned spots on the grass when he stopped the applicator. the spots were not there before, and the pattern of the spots are unusual. This has not happened before in our experience with Trugreen. Either the service man is new to the job or his applicator is faulty and needs to be repaired. We hope the spots will green up once the rain starts.
