Initially, communication was very difficult and frustrating in attempting to speak with anyone at the local office in Lake Oswego, Oregon. After nearly cancelling my entire contract, I eventually was able to get through to a supervisor and things began to improve.
I have been very happy with the results of the TrueGreen treatments on my lawn and shrubs, as well as, the insect treatments received over the past year.
Communication continues to be a pain point—but when I can reach a live person in the local office, I have been able to resolve any questions or problems I’ve had.

I want to commend Raymond Lowe and Aaron Hedlund for recent work to fertilize both lawn and shrubs. I appreciate their good work, friendliness and professionalism.
Our lawn has never looked better. It is thick lush and green. We have tried to keep up with the personal fertilizer treatment but they never did anything like TruGreen.
We invested a lot into our landscape so it's more or less piece of mind.

I like that the services provided seem to be very thorough. The spraying or spreading of the granules on the lawn seem to cover all the areas. Also when needed, I have called to get another spot treatment on weeds that need additional spray. Someone has come to the property to do this for me. Following the last treatment this month, I appreciated the comments and suggestions the tech left on the printed form left at the door.
The thing I wish could be handled better is the scheduling for treatment. Sometimes I don't know until the last minute/day before when the tech is coming. I would prefer to know sooner so that I could mow the lawn prior to treatment. For this last treatment, I had checked online about the next treatment date and then the tech came a week earlier. Scheduling seems to be an issue.

Reliability, know what they are doing. Due to some changs in my front yard I need to talk to smebody at Trugreen about a possible change to my reseding, possibly add to it. Need somebody to contact me about this. By phone only. I don`t have a smart phone or anything like that. Phone number removed

While the specialist, Guy Ishihara, did a good job applying the services listed on the ticket, I have three disappointments:
1. Prior to the service, I received an email at 6:46 AM that the specialist was en route for service, and Guy was here by 8:30 AM. While that is very punctual, it did not allow me any time to prepare the lawn for his arrival.
2. The service was provided, but there was no signage on the front lawn to notify neighbors that an application was applied to the lawn (in a neighborhood with VERY active pet owners).
3. In the advice statement left on the front door, there is reference to "update your account" because no email was available, but in fact when I checked the account settings the email WAS on record.

The annual maintenance service contract insures the regularly scheduled maintenance of our yard. It is very important tor our yard to receive lawn services that that insures its continued healthy condition and appearance.
Tim Johnson did a flawless job this morning. Though I was not at home, I could smell the application and see footprints on the damp grass where he'd been. He covered every square inch perfectly. Tim also did my first application of the season. He's careful to not "drag" the hose and disturb landscape bark. He's equally careful to not dispense anything on areas not to be treated like driveway and patio. He closes gates and treats my property as though it were his. I've been extremely impressed with Tim Johnson in 2021.
