We have changed lawn service companies and after only one application of fertilizer and weed killer we have noticed and immediate improvement in the quality of the grass in the lawn, Our TruGreen representative Scott Bruning advised us from the start that TruGreen would be an upgrade in the results of even the first application. He certainly was accurate in what was stated as the lawn at the church is thicker and most of the broadleaf weeds have been eliminated. We would certainly recommend TruGreen to others. We look forward to subsequent applications for even better lawn conditions.

Mike Hodge did a fantastic job treating my lawn today. Very thorough. He was very personable and friendly, and appropriately answered a couple of questions about today's treatment. Great to see. I've had mixed experiences with TruGreen staff and treatments over several years of service and it's great when an excellent tech performs my services properly.
My primary concerns with TruGreen are with staffing as some just don't do their job appropriately. It's been especially difficult on the tree treatment side maintaining consistent staff/treatments. It's hard finding good responsible workers these days, so when you have someone such as Mike on your team, he deserves a big pat on the back!
The other concern is with the treatment scheduling and notification system. The scheduling system has been a problem for years - even the employees complain about it, yet it doesn't appear to be any better. Perhaps even worse as a planned schedule often disappears or slides back multiple weeks with no notice. Also, there is an excellent capability of day of treatment schedule notification/tracking, but for some reason this year it has been very erratic and not very helpful.
Overall I've been pleased with TruGreen's results. I just wish I could consistently count on quality staff and treatments with a little less follow-up on my part. I can trust certain techs, but not all. I've given a high rating today as the results have been good and I want to show appreciation for Mike's excellent efforts today. But overall, I'd like to see more consistency with the staff assigned to my account (not someone different each time) so they are aware of any problems with my lawn/trees and can better treat appropriately.

I want to commend the associate who came to my home to apply my latest application for my shrub and tree protection. Since I have enrolled for this service with True Green, no one has ever been as thorough as he was during this visit. I think that he should be commended for his exemplifying attention to detail and his explanation of the service that he performed. Damien H. did a fantastic job performing my lawn treatment today. He was very personable and conducted himself in a very professional manner. He was thorough and attentive in the treatment of my lawn and I appreciated his efforts. Over the past few years, I realize it has been a challenge to attract and retain good employees and it is great to encounter an employee such as Damien to fulfill TruGreen's and the customer's needs. Hopefully Damien is assigned to my property for future lawn care needs. Please give Damien a big pat on the back, as he is instrumental in retaining my and other customer's business with TruGreen.
Our server was most helpful
Typically, the service person is careful and quick. Unfortunately, they are not getting close enough to flower beds so I end up with a strip of weeds outlining my flower beds that I manually have to handle. Need some way to get treatment close to flower bed, but no in it but using a spreader does not help.
I do appreciate you fertilizing my yard- we do need the rain, but should be ready to go
