The service man that did this recent application is a friendly, knowledgable and professional man.
He has been the usual person that has done the work here and if I get the chance to see him here , I've talked to him about the condition of our lawn area. He always gives good advise.

The back slope behind our buildings has a fairly steep slope in spots and if the grass is wet from a recent rain, the slope is pretty slippery. When the first guy mentioned is using the tractor applicator, he really knows how to control it well, it's never slid away from him. Over the years the services that mow have slid into the scrub brush line at the bottom. Fortunately no injuries or damages happened. Let me say the back areas are not an area where much manacuring is needed. I'd rather see tire slid marks that will grow back before a man or equipment has any problem
Our lawn looks great since we began Tru Green quite some years ago. The specialists are professional and thorough and leave us detailed observations about our lawn that are very helpful.

The last time the man came to treat my lawn, he actually came to the door and told me he was there. I explained something I wanted him to pay particular attention to. He said he would. Usually they only show up and start the process. I was happy that he announced himself.
