Seasonal timing of treatments.
All technicians that worked on my lawn were very knowledgeable. Easy to talk to and get along with. My lawn has greatly improved since TruGreen has started working on my lawn. Proactively all the clover is gone and the dandelions. The lawn is so much more greener. Excellent Job. Most certainly would recommend TruGreen.

We have used Tru Green for our lawn services for over 40 years (used for homes we had in Ohio as well as our current home). We always had prompt service in Ohio but seems like service is slower here. When done no complaints but last 3 services for this year were done3 days in a row (11/21, 11/22, 11/23/22).
It still is not easy to contact a person in customer service (the virtual assistant is a joke). Would be great to have a branch of Tru Green in the Parkersburg WV area.
Your prices for services are reasonable and very appreciated.
every thing has went well to this point excited to mow grass and not weeds a friend at work told me he had mowed his yard for the first time and my reply was I have to I got all the weeds the same height
I have the prettiest lawn in the subdivision. At least that is what passer-byes say.
I’ve been very satisfied this year with the service Grass has done great
So far I can see that the weeds are dying. There are many large brown spots where no grass is growing, but I think the grass will come. I would like a lush green yard of turf, type, tall fescue to be present.
Service is done when expected and communication regarding each service is excellent. The lawn and trees appear to have improved since we began the service.

I want to take the time to give an accommodation to your employee Chris Bellfy for taking care of damage to my lawn caused by your equipment failure earlier this summer. He was a competent worker who went after the problem quickly. He also was accommodating to my requests and I just wanted to thank the complete local crew for taking care of this problem. I have been a TrueGreen customer since 2014 and have found this company to be responsive to my concerns.

I have complained about weeds in some areas that were not taken care of the next time you were here.
I love everything about your service; however, I need to cancel my service until sometime next Spring. I will get my balance paid within the month.
