I didn’t have to worry about my lawn this year. TruGreen took care of fertilizing, took care of any bugs I had in the grass, and took care of my trees and bushes. I always had info of what they had done that day. Sometimes I was home and visited with the agent. Very polite young men. I recommend TruGreen.

I have been a customer for quite some time - at one time we had three residential properties on the account - now just two. Last year, I was ready to give up on TruGreen - we had two really bad years. We had a hodge podge of technicians and our lawns were severely damaged on at least two occasions due to over treatment and misuse of chemicals. I tried multiple times to reach out to our local branch just to get someone to come and look at how bad things were, but your systems are not easy to navigate, and I could never get through. When I reached out to corporate customer service, I was told that they would have someone come by, but it NEVER happened. Never once, did I request a refund, or re-treatment and stuck it. This past year we have seen stability with our technician, Nathan Lea. Nathan is wonderful. His patience and dedication to customer service is a very welcome change. Our two lawns (they are side by side by the way) look like PGA Golf Courses! We have enjoyed the improvement and have received multiple compliments from neighbors and just folks passing by about how GREAT our lawns look. Hopefully, Nathan keeps up the good work!
