You do what you say you will do!
True Green was here to service our lawn today (65 Dante Court, Linn Creek, MO 65052) and they did not treat our back yard - only the front yard. We would like ALL of our yard treated. Can you please let me know why they did not treat our back yard. Thank you!
Work is done in a timely manner, however, noxious weeds like poison ivy should be sprayed to kill & eradicated from my yard. If you spray to eliminate dandelions, please spray to eliminate poison ivy & poison oak!!!
Yard is looking better, so far they have fulfilled their contract visits once a month, didn't expect double billing for one visit, but supposedly applied 2 applications at once, but I couldn't tell if that was the case. Waiting to see how aeriation and seeding turns out this fall. Overall I'm satisfied with their work.
I like that the person that does the application will knock on the door or call to let us know that they are here so that I can make sure my dogs are inside the home and not outside. They are very friendly. They are courteous, and I have had no problems communicating with them, so I really enjoy the service.

I've used TruGreen services since the 1980s in North Carolina and in Missouri. The quality of service is very consistent and the result speak/brag for themselves. I tried the Aerating and Overseeding service last fall. I am pleased with the growth, but a bit disappointed the grass seed was applied into my gravel beds and rock drive with equal vigor. I believe the techs could have done border areas by hand to prevent the seed from falling where unintended. I would like to provide the techs with the benefit that their time allocations may prohibit such careful application.

You, have improved my yard a lot. But. I never know for sure if you did the whole lot. If, the serviceman doesn't pull in the driveway, he can't do the whole yard.
