I had a complaint about my billing and you took care of it immediately. Great job.
The service is excellent and the yard always looks great. The only complaint is that I have to call every year at the beginning of the season because you raise my rate without my knowledge. I don't find out until the first invoice which I then have to pay the higher amount before I place a call to renegotiate.
Mike was very professional, and I'm confident that my irrigation system will benefit our yard service.

You are usually prompt and provide details for each visit. We have "wondered" if you are as prompt when we pay in advance for the year though. Otherwise, keep up the good work please.
