I've had two ladies so far this year who have had a problem locating my backyard. Instead of just leaving... which others would have done - they worked hard to contact me and get it done. And they both had great attitudes.
Results are your best endorsement. Regardless of a company's product or service, if you are truly in touch with your client's expectations and meet them in the final outcome (which requires time and patience on everybody's part), then you have a happy customer. Adequate, advanced communication, on dates and times of service are important, but secondary to that satisfaction that the lawn looks great, the trees and bushes are thriving, and the flying mosquitos and oak mites aren't driving the clients and their guests indoors.

Dale handled my tree and bush service. I was home when he came by and he was very personable and answered my questions. He also gave me some pointers on some of my bushes and exactly what he was doing.
