I have been a Trugreen customer for many yeas. My lawn and landscape at both of my properties have benefitted from your service. At times when additional treatments are needed due to weed growth, I like that I can just call and Trugreen will come do another application. I have been very happy with the friendly, courteous technicians who have been patient to answer all my questions for both my lawn and landscape. Also, at the time of my yearly renewals, the customer service agents have worked with me on the cost so that I can afford to keep your service. We have a very visible corner lot at the entrance to our subdivision. Our large lawn, when green and healthy, is a showpiece for our neighborhood. I don't have time to fill out surveys every month (especially with 2 properties!), but I am happy with the excellent service I've received for many years. Thank you!

Easy to arrange. Technician calls day before to announce treatment. I do not have to be at home to get service. Technician marks lawn as serviced, leave door hanger summary. E-mail followup to service with more service details.

The lawn service project has become so routine in the meantime. I never see the guy any more. He just comes, does his job and leaves. Wonderful! No hang ups, no problems. This is a good thing.

Of weeds. I was shocked when that happened. The Technician said the first treatment is a feeding and the weeds flourish. The next treatment was the one where they control weeds. The only issue I had was having to call the technician to come back forcweed control. Other than that everything was fine.
You do not have to be home when True Green comes. They let you know they are coming and they do there work and that is that.
I do not have go buy all these things for my yard and you do all the things that make my lawn and plants. I need a year to see the results of your years work! I should not have to tell you there is a weed problem in the yard!
