That you do a good job and, hopefully, the grass will remain nice and thick and green. I prepaid for 2019, which saves on my account for the year. I received my Fall Aeration and Seeding on October 31st and also received a Veterans Discount so I paid $148.75 instead of the normal $175. Since I prepaid for 2019, will I still be able to receive the Veterans Discount for the Fall Aeration? My Prepayment showed $175 for the 2019 application.

That you notify by phone of service on the next business day. BUT, if it were 2 days in advance then it would prevent “morning of” rescheduling request that would better utilize you field staff
Did not like this last application applied over a yard full of leaves. Seemed useless. Bad weather prevented clearing leaves in time.
I have used TruGreen for nearly 7 yrs and they are always willing to satisfy and come out to reapply if a treatment for some reason didn't really take hold or if your having difficulty with some weed in the lawn. They have been great in my opinion!
I like that we are notified before each TruGreen visit and we get notifications regarding what's needed following the services performed.

This was the first year we used TruGreen and the service was exceptional. We had one small problem with over fertilization that resulted in burned turf, however, I spoke to a manager and he did an excellent job in making repairs. We will use TruGreen again next summer.

Our yard was full of weeds and looked terrible. I convinced my husband to hire TruGreen. All the workers that came out to do the various treatments were courteous and knowledgeable. I am anxious to see how much better it looks in the Spring.

I would like to request that Damian Black (59172) be the primary servicer of our property. Damian has done work at our house before and he is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. TruGreen does two locations for me and I would greatly appreciate Daman being in charge of my St Louis location.

Your service men answer my questions in terms I can understand when I talk to them. You routinely perform the work you say you will on the day it is scheduled. You leave a printed report explaining what services you performed.
I love that my yard and bushes always loo well cared for and healthy even though I don't have to lift a finger.
Tru green is always on time and dose an excellent job each and every time.
I like that you communicate with us as to when you will be at our home to service our lawn and trees, and what you do when you are here. However, I still have some issues with your service. Thank you!
