for the tree work and weed control i would give you a 10 the snow removal was awful so I will give you a 9. we changed sales rep, and it was a struggle through that but through all those problems Madeline Barnard was the one person I could get ahold of and she took care of whatever problems I had. She is the only reason I signed another year contract with TruGreen between Stacy (sales) and Madeline gave good enough customer service it made up for the lack thereof from my new salesmen not responding and your snow removal plowed the parking lot piling the snow up on the curb between the cars and the sidewalk. during that I could not get ahold of my new salesmen and Madeline was the only one who would help me. Hope you value the work some of your employees do for you.

I like the reliability of your service. In the past I have always received a phone call to let me know when TruGreen was going to service my lawn. And I can plan my mowing and watering around that date.

The lawns look better than the neighborhood lawns and when I do have any concerns, they are taken care of in a timely manner as well as friendly manner.

Antonio F came by to fertilize the trees yesterday. I was concerned about one of my favorite pines trees dying. When I approached him, he stopped what he was doing and took the time to give me some instructions to help revive the tree. I appreciated his willingness to take time as we are still somewhat new to figuring out how to grow things!

The service is great. I Like the information on taking better care of my lawm that they leave me.

They are usually very good. Yard looks good. However, I'm not entirely sure I received the treatment on April 4th that I was billed for. I came home while he was here. He sat in the truck with the engine running for 15-20 minutes. Never saw him get out, and then he left. No yard sign,
no invoice on the door, did not see any product anywhere on lawn or driveway, and now I've got
dandelions you could rent out as a high-rise apartment. That's why I hesitated to pay the bill.
Happy with the service, but every now and then you gotta call out a stinker.

Like the messaging of services that are soon to be done.
I would like to see that ALL of the weeds in my yard would be eliminated. I think that is beyond TruGreen capabilities.

I like to politeness of Mr. Beaver and the consistency with which he services our lawn.
