They do show up when they say they are. Respectful of any addtional questions I have about treatments. Leave copy of work they did on my door so I can match up to statments for payment. The only issue I have with them is coming out on multiple days in a week for various treatments. The billing department you have to watch your invoices because you can overpay them as they list the treatmentds on each invoice sent out. Do not give you time to pay th first invoice before it appears on another one.
I like how our lawn looks. Very green. That makes us happy.

I like that your company does "my husband's job" for him by doing the lawn care maintenance (beyond mowing) without my having to:
think about it,
research it,
wonder what's the problem with it,
listen to non-solicited advice from certain know-it-all neighbors (PLEASE OMIT IF YOU DO PUBLICLY POST THIS REVIEW - THEY WILL KNOW WHO THEY ARE!),
purchase expensive and space-hogging supplies for it,
plan it,
schedule it, and then,
DO IT MYSELF.
And likely be unsuccessful in achieving the best care for our lawn. $$$ and time and effort down the drain.
Our old house (before me moved) had sat vacant and neglected for a while. Our busy schedules and (my) efforts were sporadic and didn't help much. We finally signed up with TruGreen and every year after, we saw improvement. When we sold it, the lawn was lush, green, and dense. The curb appeal certainly helped us get the good price we sold it for.
At our newly built house, we had sod laid down by the builder, but in July, so it struggled with the heat and watering needs and has never been looking great. Weed control has been neglected and in late summer this year I went crazy on killing weeds, mostly CRABGRASS. Once they died after two applications and several $20-$25 bottles of weed killer (and trips back to the store due to running out), the lawn was grassless and patchy in several places - there was no improvement at all in how it looked. Now we have also discovered there are grubs, and they have to be treated at ONE CERTAIN TIME during the year - and grubs can lead to hungry moles tearing up your yard, an additional problem not easily overcome.
I told my husband, "WE ARE HIRING TRUGREEN BACK". So, when the manager from our old location called to check on us, we did. I can't wait to see our lawn a year from now - It may be the best in the neighborhood!
And thank you to our new technician, DEREK COOK, who came this week for our first application. He professionally and quickly greeted me to let me know he was on the premises, then went to perform our service, and was gone. He left our service report and recommendations (yes, I have to water more), which we love. As close to no-contact as you can get. The text alerts are also a great heads-up for people who are at home during the day - - no surprise visits or scares.
For us, it's a no-brainer in terms of cost, knowledge, time, and not having to even think about it at all. Thank you TruGreen!

True Green actually sends a professional out to check on our lawn. He noticed a few bare spots and when seeding they gave extra care to take care of them. No one has ever checked our lawn.

I like the "Results"achieved from the provided services along with the knowledgeable and friendly service provided by the technicians.
The results. The only problem I had that occurred several times this season was not leaving the sheet on the door and / or the sign in the yard to know they were actually there. If it wasn't for the prior phone call I would have thought they skipped the service.

Ok, you want to her from me. Here goes:
William, who did the last application, was very friendly and he even put a
TruGreen sign in my back yard. How sweet, no one ever did that.
He was here bright and early, around 8:00 A.M.
He was also here last week, when my leaves were being cleaned so he
willingly postponed his visit to the following week, just like promised.
I'd say William is an asset to TruGreen, and I hope I will see him again in the Spring.
