Doug Woods was our technician and he took the time to look at some areas I had some concerns about. He was very helpful in explaining what might be the source of the problem and gave me some thoughts on what to monitor for in the next few weeks.

What do you like about our services?

Donald Vinson did a very good application on my lawns. It will take a while to know if it affected my weed problem. TrueGreen techs have been very professional during each service trip.
My dissatisfaction was expressed in a general TrueGreen business survey on how extremely difficult it is to contact anyone with this company.
On 5-5-2021, Janet Coleman (?) from Biringham AL. Called me & left VM. This was greatly appreciated & she understood my frustrations with current methods of contact.

Routine schedule for applications, notified by text of service dates, lawn looks as good as it’s ever looked right now. Happy with service.

I do have an issue with payment for March 5th service that I have been discussing with customer service support. Still has not been resolved. I received the service but do not owe what I was charged. I have presented my case to support group but have not heard back from them yet. I did pay for my latest service already.

Brian did a nice job for us today. His service summary noted that there are common weeds in my lawn. The summary said that my lawn was treated for broadleaf weeds. Will that take care of the "common weeds?"

Second question: I have a nice stand of grass, but there are also many bare spots. Will something that I have scheduled with TruGreen take care of these spots or do I need to be spreading new grass seed?

MY account # isPhone number removed629 and my Trugreen specialist's name is Donald Vinson. Donald is AWSOME! I am a new customer to Trugreen in the Louisville area. I started using Trugreen late Fall 2020. After just five applications my lawn looks 100% better than it ever did with the previous company that I used for more than five years! Donald is extremely polite and always takes the time to answer any questions I may have. When he came by last week for the latest application, I complimented him on the outstanding job he has been doing on my yard. He told me that he does every lawn treatment like it was his own!
