If TruGreen maintains their type customer service on this commerical account and does not out price themselves On future contractural agreements, i will not be interested in searching for a new provider. The company makes scheduled applications, lets us know in advance they are coming so we can reschedule if needed. The technicians are friendly when we have an opportunity to speak with them. They leave paperwork letting us know what they have done. Our grass looks great and if there is something that creeps into our grass they come out and apply something that resolves the issue. We are pleased with this service and are happy to tell those who ask about our grass
I stopped my service about two months ago. After last months treatment I let th3m know I had cancelled til fall and treatment again this week and bill?..

It's been a while, but when our previous company was bought out by TruGreen, I happened to be working in the yard when Chris (sorry, don't recall his last name) stopped to service our lawn. I was impressed by how friendly he was and that he took the time to walk the whole yard with me and listened to any issues I previously had. Chris hasn't always been the guy who shows, but our lawn has never looked better and even though finances are tight now, the memory of how I was treated has kept us a customer!
The staff have worked hard to nurture a personal relationship with me over the years. They make me feel like part of a team where we are both working toward a mutual goal.
