The company makes scheduled applications, lets us know in advance they are coming so we can reschedule if needed. The technicians are friendly when we have an opportunity to speak with them. They leave paperwork letting us know what they have done. Our grass looks great and if there is something that creeps into our grass they come out and apply something that resolves the issue. We are pleased with this service and are happy to tell those who ask about our grass

I stopped my service about two months ago. After last months treatment I let th3m know I had cancelled til fall and treatment again this week and bill?..

It's been a while, but when our previous company was bought out by TruGreen, I happened to be working in the yard when Chris (sorry, don't recall his last name) stopped to service our lawn. I was impressed by how friendly he was and that he took the time to walk the whole yard with me and listened to any issues I previously had. Chris hasn't always been the guy who shows, but our lawn has never looked better and even though finances are tight now, the memory of how I was treated has kept us a customer!

How you are prompt to address concerns

I enjoy the comfort of speaking to the Technician about how they find the condition of the Trees and Shrubs that they are here to service. I'm always trying to see how I can help the effort of keeping them in the best shape possible. Yesterday the Technician ( David Howard ) did an excellent job of diagnosing a problem of 2 Shrubs in our front landscape that needed attention.

Our tech is always friendly and he shows up when expected to do the service.

My lawn has never looked better. No complaints.

I was particularly impressed by Vincent who performed our last lawn service. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and thorough in the performance of his duties.

QUENTIN was here and did a fantastic job on Wednesday treating for insects. We have a woodsy property and he treated in a very professional manner. Today, I was out inspecting, weed whacking and mowing and did not have a single insect bite on me. It seems like a much better treatment than last year. Thank you! Gary Brendahl

Very good applications. TrueGreen put down exactly the applications I wanted for a reasonable price.

Since hiring TruGreen for our lawn, our condo community has less weeds and the grass is greener. The crews come for our treatments as scheduled with no prompting from us. This is one less thing we have to worry about. We have consulted with TruGreen on several occasions regarding some grass issues and they were very willing to come talk with us. Their advice was very helpful. Overall, we are very happy with the service being provided to us by TruGreen.

Donald Vinson did a great job. Reason for a 9 instead of a10 was, we continually ask for the driver to give us a call when he is on the way to our property because we have a dog and it likes the back yard a lot. We don't want tp loose her because if she gets out she is gone. Please put this note out to all your service people you might use. Calling the day before doesn't help. Thanks for your understanding.
