Always take the time to treat my entire yard, including going to the trouble of crossing a small creek in the rear of my property. Also, whenever I've called for non-scheduled treatments to address weeds they've always done so without question.

I like that Doug Woods always tries to meet with me before he starts any applications. He is very attentive and responds to any questions I have about the lawn. He will then adjust the service if there are any additional needs.

Don’t have to keep up with when and what to spray

Brian Stout regularly services my lawn and does a great job. My lawn continues to improve. This is my 3rd year with the service.

I like that Tru Green always comes when they are supposed to and if there is a problem they always redo it. My yard looks pretty good so the treatments seem to work. I do have a peristet mole problem so I don;t think the grub worm treatment is working.

Service was good. still some weeds in the back yard that are hopefully being addressed.

When the tech left the service sheet, I could not read it. Looks like he needs to put in a new ink cartridge because the ink is really lite

Reliability and consistency of service. Always scheduled without my intervention. If I need to have service performed a second time due to rain washout, etc....always done with no questions asked. After-visit paperwork is always in order. Lawn treatment does work...haven't seen a dandelion in many years (I've been a customer for over 25+ years). Occasionally I will end up at home when service is being performed.....the technician is always responsive and more than willing to take all the time I need to answer questions, etc. Thanks.
