We are unable to do what is needed to correct all the grass/weed problems BUT what you have done for us makes our yard look better than ever and is not awful looking now.

We have had different specialists in the few years we have lived here.
As can happen in any business once in a while that worker may have done something wrong or did not do the job well/correctly, we have experienced some of that BUT your effort when contacted about that to come back, and so quickly, is phenomenal AND has always happened.
Michael is our specialist now and he is fantastic!!!
He had to come back because our gate (unknown to us) somehow got locked on the inside so he could not do the fertilizer, etc that day.
I called twice to find out why he had not done it and was told he ran out of fertilizer by both people.
In talking with Michael Sat at his return visit he had entered unable to access due to locked gate which it was.
PROBLEM - it did NOT record that correctly.
If it had then in my calls to check on where he was they would have told me the problem and my husband would have fixed that. I think you need to check/fix why it recorded wrong info, that way Michael or TruGreen does not look "bad".
Along with that then a customer like me who had the problem will be responsible to fix it.
I am so sorry that I thought my specialist had not done the job when it was us that caused his not being able to.
On top of that we found out our front doorbell is not working so when he rang it, I who was home did not know he was there.
When he came back on Sat he came to the side door and respectively knocked quietly cause it was early in the morning, I heard that cause all was quiet in the house then.
He probably also knocked the first time but due to interior house noise I did not hear it.

Upon our speaking with Michael Sat AM we found he is a VERY nice man, easy to understand about what he does here, fast, thorough, and competent at what he did, great TruGreen representative.
I said all this because we do not want him to receive any negatives because of my original call about no service/what happened when he did absolutely nothing wrong and did everything perfect.
What amazed me also is when I asked if he left the sign, he said that he put it right by the mailbox as requested, the fact he knows/read that and did as I request (due to my disability) showed me again how conscientious he is at his job.
Please make sure there is nothing negative on his report due to my 1st calls and only positives due to this survey and my call to the local office today to report my error.

I called to report a problem with not getting my service done which turned out to be caused by my own 2 problems, a gate that needs the inner lock fixed and a front doorbell that needs fixed. How unexpected. Haha
I truly hope any other calls you get from people about service is as easy as this one and not your fault.

We get compliments on our lawn. It stays green longer under drought conditions.
The service tech was new to us but was very helpful and did a good job putting on the application on our last visit.

My lawn has never looked so good

I had my lawn serviced by Jacob Hollar on Saturday. He did a great job with the overseeing and I appreciate the good job that he did.

This week, my lawn was treated by a true professional. My lawn had developed several bare spots due to the summer drought conditions. Chris Flores first walked over the entire property, noting areas that needed special attention and then began aerating the front, back and side yards - paying special attention to the bare spots and, in some places, repeated the aeration to better promote proper seed germination. After over seeding the entire property, Chris then "went the extra mile" - getting out his garden weasel hand tool and making sure the seed he had applied to the bare spots was worked into the soil.

I realize aerating lawns is hard, labor intensive work and these technicians often do not get credit for the extra effort this requires. Kudos to Chris Flores for providing that extra effort and still taking the time to talk to me about my concerns. Now it's time to go out and water my yard again!

I appreciate the good quality of service and the courtesy and support of the technicians who have worked on our lawn over the past few years.
