I like that you call in advance at least one day before service; it lets me know to expect you. We also had an incident where our neighbor's yard received service instead of ours. Mistakes happen, but you all rectified and apologized. I really appreciate that. I also like the fact that our service guy rings our doorbell to let us know he is servicing the lawn. Communication is better than others we've used.
