I missed the Provider. Even though I was home. I believe he knocked (as note says he did) on front Storm door, instead of entering (we have a sun deck room before entrance to house) therefore impossible to hear in the house. Due to Distance from Storm Door (in which he most likely knocked on) to the front Door. He hung the Billing/Service on the Storm Door knob apparently but fell off onto the ground. I found later (several days latter). I believe the Service was good. But I really had planned on talking with him at the time of Service. Just to find out his input. I did read the info he left which was helpful in this area.
Our lawn looks better than most of the other lawns in our neighborhood. We also appreciate the timely, friendly, and professional service.
Service technicians are always friendly and the service seems to be working.
It's very nice and my house looks better. However, the system doesn't put the account owner name correctly. I have called and changed the name twice but it's still not the right name. It's very irritating. I don't get it how come the system put our friends name who stay with us for a short period on the account instead of me or my husband's name.

I’m set up on 4 treatments a year. Please pick the most important 4 treatments to include fall treatment. Have 2 small trees with signs of disease , how much to treat them?
