Anthony provided service for our lawn today. He followed all social distancing guidelines. My husband went out to talk with him because we had some new concrete poured and then had to sew new grass. He did an outstanding job of communicating from a distance what he was doing today and what would be coming up over the next few weeks. The yard is looking very good and we are pleased with all the work that has been done on our plan.

My lawn is improving
Technician Andrew F called just before coming to our house. He rang the doorbell to let us know he had arrived. It was late enough in the morning we were up. Andrew quickly went about spraying our yard.. He had notes about certain flowers and locations for special attention. We could see him out the window as he prepared to leave, and he waved at us, left the service ticket on the outside door knob. We appreciate his attention to detail and strict observance of Covid 19 isolation rules. He signed the ticket with Andrew Flynn. Please give him a score of 10 from us. I am remiss in my comments as I have had 3 services this year Total Lawn, Lawn Pest and Tree and Scrub and what a start to the season. 15th mowing and lawn hitting its high point after 4 patient years after being ignored for 25 years. Albert is the best and I remember that after each mowing and see how great the yard looks!!!! Langston has performed my pest and shrub care and all is as I could ask for. Both very positive and very negative. Positive first" Andrew Rivers, the serviceman yesterday was a fantastic young man. He was very courteous and extremely helpful. I would rate him as an 11!
Negative--the person who signed me up needs to be replaced as he is giving your company a bad image. He and I chatted over the phone about services and I agreed to sign a contract. When it came up (I was on my computer at school), it showed lawn service and tree/shrub service. I told him I did not want the second. He assured me he would take it off. So, I agreed to the contract. The next day, I reviewed the contract and the second service was still there. I was upset and I called for help. A very nice Christian lady and I talked and she agreed to take it off which she did even as I was sitting there watching on my screen. Second negative point (same person as the above who lied to me). I watched as Andrew sprayed the front yard and then he drove off. I jumped into my car and followed him to his next stop. I asked him why he did not do the back yard. He said (and showed me) the contract only called for the front yard to be sprayed.
I said "why, would I want only the front yard sprayed?" He agreed with me and came back to my house and sprayed the back yard as well. He went out of his way to assist! Again an 11 for him. He made a note on his screen that I wanted the entire yard done in the future. He saved you'all a brand new customer. I really think I should get one service free or something but that will be your call. Thanks again for employing Mr. Rivers from Alabama! He is one nice and thoughtful young man!

The service is very good and is prompt. My concern at the moment is I received a service I do not remember asking for. Or if I did last year , I did not realize it would continue yearly.
The young man that usually serviced my lawn knows what he is doing.
Our young man was so respectful of our dog. I had just let him out the back door, and at age 15, it takes him a while to take care of business. Your technician was so polite and waited patiently until we were safely back inside. Thank you!
