I have tried to commend Derrick Westfall the last two times he has given care to my lawn, but the technology failed me. Please extend my greetings to Derrick, and forgive me for possible misspellings of his hame. Derrick has provided great care for my lawn for several years, and I always enjoy seeing his vehicle at the curb. In good weather, when I might be outside, he always greets me warmly. He is valuable to your company for many reasons, I am sure, and his pleasant way of interacting with customers like me is proof of this aspect of his employment. Please count this commendation of Derrick Westfall for TWO good reports on his work. I spent a half hour after his last visit trying to get through to your customer service to commend him. Service is performed as scheduled. Reps are friendly and professional and always try to please the customer! If necessary, TruGreen will gladly “redo” any service if customer is not satisfied!

TruGreen always keep their appointments and should one be cancelled due to weather, a notification is sent to the homeowner. The detailed service report is left with the homeowner and is also available on their website.

This was the first year we used TruGreen and they did a very good job keeping our lawn green and weed free and our trees and shrubs insect free. They were very responsive when we called them to address an issue we had with army worms. No doubt, their quick response saved our lawn from further damage.
Derrick Westfall is a true professional and makes sure that if there are issues with our lawn, he makes us aware and takes steps to resolve the issues. He is a great representative of TruGreen.

Advanced notice of treatment, ability to track technician. Lawn has done very well since I switched to TruGreen.
Services are continuous. Not a one shot deal. You are sent a reminder of your appt. Your lawn is green throughout the season and any problems or questions, you just have to call them and they readily work with you.
