I have a new Specialist and he was awesome. I have a dog and in my fenced in back yard, before he applied the stuff to my yard, he walked around the yard and gathered up all of the dog toys in the yard and put them on my deck. This is a small act that meant a ton to me, as in the past I would wash the toys because I was afraid the chemicals were applied to the toys since they were left on the yard. Shawn Michelic did not do this - he took a couple of minutes to pick up the toys. Super happy about this!

Our technician, Shawn Mihelic, was very professional. He was friendly and concerned. He removed my pet's toys from the yard prior to treating it and closed the gate back after finishing. He was polite and informative. We are very happy with the services provided by TruGreen.

I am new to Tru-Green but so far, I like what I see. Timothy "Jay" Brashear was my specialist on the first application. He was very friendly and did a very good job applying the chemicals. He took the time to take a walk with me in my yard to learn the boundaries and any spots that needed some attention.
