We like receiving the notifications the day before service is expected and especially the notification: "ON YOUR WAY" the day OF service. This gives us time to unlock our gate and to secure our pets. We also like the availability to ask questions when needed.

I had a discussion with Derrick Westfall, my lawn specialist and I am going to add my back yard to this service. He's very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to me that by doing this I can also help my dog who has allergies to something in the backyard!

Today I had my second service of 2023. The first service went great with a different specialist. This second service with specialist Tim Cochran (Supervisor, Jeff Williams) did not go as well.
#1 He did not knock on the door or ring the doorbell to let me know of his arrival. I have 5 dogs and luckily, they were all inside. They could have been in the backyard. He said, "Well, they would hear me. I'm not sure how that would have prevented them from running out of the open gate, and anyway, one is deaf and another is hard of hearing.
#2 He did not close the gate to the backyard when he finished spraying there. Fortunately, my neighbor spotted the open gate and came to the door to tell me. I had not let the dogs out yet because of the liquid treatment that needs time to dry. Good thing.
I cannot find my first receipt at the moment, but, as I said, the first specialist knocked to let me know he was here, and locked the backyard gate when he was finished. I do hope these requirements show on my account so that these issues do not reoccur.
