I am writing to let you know how pleased I am with our service person, David Weiss.
When he came to our home the first time this year he and I meant and talked. He asked me if there any problem areas or issues that he could help. I said yes and pointed out an area where crab grass was a bad problem last year and he said he would work hard to spray that area and keep his eyes on it.
Also I pointed out that Trugreen needed to please put more emphasis on the areas around the curbs and walks. That is where the dandelions seem to appear more often then not. So far, there have been no dandelions around the curbs, walks or driveway. David made a point to cover those areas completely. Yesterday David came and left a note on our paperwork that he covered the edges again as he had made note of our request when we had talked in March. I truly appreciate that type of service and want you all to know so far, David Weiss is doing a very thorough job. Please make sure you acknowledge our thanks to him and appreciation.

Dan Tolsin is excellent with customer relations. My yard is beautiful. This time last year I had a different person caring for my lawn. I had to call twice to have my weeks killed. Dan did it with the initial application. He is awesome and deserves a reward. A raise would be nice. I look forward to seeing him next month. Thank you!!!!!

Just had first visit today so I don't know yet about the outcomes for my yard. However, Scott Spicer was very professional and that is a good start.
They call before they come, let you know they are at your hose, if you are at home. If there is a problem they will come back.
