Jacob arrived at the scheduled day and time, came to the door, greeted us and advised his service. He went right to work. Jacob came back to our door, told us he was finished and handed me the report. He was clean and neat, did not smoke. got right down to business. He was friendly, courteous, and efficient with his time. We have no pets and no fence so the service men have no problem. We have a good looking GREEN yard and NO yard pests.

Your representative, Mark Bedford, made a very good impression. He met me at the front door and explained what he'd be doing. I asked if he could do something about the nutsedge and he found a patch and said he'd treat it wherever it appeared in the lawn. Mark was very polite and well spoken.

TruGreen lets me know when they are coming. The grass greens up after the application is applied.

I would like to say that Anthony Dotson did a great Job as did Brian Adair. But each time when Brian did the application it rained (first application it rained before he finished the work) the next time there was a hard rain within 3-4 hours after the work was completed so the results were not favorable as the rain deluded the weed control and other material.
I appreciate the time Brian Adair spent talking to me today about my lawn. He seems very knowledgeable and dedicated in providing good service to his customers.
Grass is looking better
Anthony Dotson was great. He took the time to explain to me the different weeds in my yard and how best to treat them. He also spoke with my boss's father to help instruct him on what is best for his yard as well. Please continue to allow Anthony to service our lawns as he is the best in our opinion.
I would like to acknowledge Ahmed Redmond. His attention to customer satisfaction and knowledge is outstanding.

Only the third service but seems to be going in the right direction. Yard was in bad shape so I'm sure it will take awhile, but I have confidence you will get me there. Service technician is very helpful and I have confidence in him.
Weeds appear to be under control. Lawn looks as good as has in several years. Rain has certainly helped in the look of the lawn.

Done on time and quickly
I wanted to thank Christopher for listening to our concerns. For the FIRST time in several years, the weeds that have been bothering us are being treated. He treated specifically for violets and there are signs of them dying. I very much appreciate his attention to help improve our yard.
