I have only had one service, so my lawn results are forthcoming. However, I liked the personal service Jordon Kogut gave during his visit. He knocked on my door before and after the sercie to ensure I knew what he was going to do and what he did and to allow me an chance to ask questions.

Service has always been very good, however there has been times when the results have not been up to my expectations. Micah G. has always performed very good. I usually do not reply to "How am I doing" because it take a long time to know how he did. I am always satisfied with his work performance.

I was not happy about the service I received on Feb. 26. I called TruGreen to cancel my account and was told they would retreat my yard. They came back on March 3 and redid the yard. I can say I am pleased, they did an awesome job.
So far no problems
We are traveling. Got Email last week saying service was preformed. Can't evaluate service since I can not or will not see my lawn until next week.
Anthony is the best specialist I have dealt with in the Lexington area. He knows just what he is doing and is always very accomodating. I would recommend his service to my closest friends. Anthony rocks!
I think you all do a great job but I have several bare spots due to I think was chic weed. Can I go put seed there or wait a while after my treatment which was yesterday 03/03/20?
I got a new Specialist name is David Weiss. I think he is gonna be good. Gonna see if he can improve my yard this year. I am gonna give him a 10.
