We have tried the last (3) treatments to contact your FEEDBACK SERVICE with NO success. With the treatment today I tried and once again the effort failed. I created a new account log on and got this far.

Prompt after call to give schedule by AI Trudy. Trevor did my aeration and seeding. He spent much time making sure he knew where irrigation system was and he marked the ones I told him. He also inspected the weeds you have been trying to kill and told me he thought the weed killer was working and TruGreen had a very good chemical weed killer. He was very polite and helpful young man and he apparently did aeration and seeding well.

Joseph O'Connor was here on August 10th. Branch 5495. He arrived when he said he would and we had a good visit. It was a delight to see a well-dressed application specialist that knew his stuff after being with TruGreen just 4 months. He applied the fertilizer and spoke with me when he was finished. A very nice young man and a very good personality.

The service I receive from Trugreen is always professional. If I happen to be home when they are there, the technicians are friendly and willing to talk about the service/job they are doing.

Your specialists are all very courteous and take time to answer any questions I may have as they prepare to treat trees and shrubs or the lawn. Zachary Fuller was the specialist who sprayed the trees and shrubs today. He took the time to talk with me about my concerns regarding a couple of my ornamentals. I have a problem with our front yard as there is chickweed around the sidewalk to our front door.
Additionally, our yard is plagued with moles. I thought we had grubworm treatment as part of he $72 charge.
