Aaron H. was the specialist today and I found him to be pleasant, polite, efficient and quick to get the work done. He explained what he would do, we had a pleasant little chit chat and he went to work. Overall, over the years as I worked on yard, folks would compliment me on how nice it looked. I am retired now so I just use the basic service and told them I wanted no extras. I appreciate the fact they do not call to see if I want any extras.
Our service provider is very knowledgeable but more importantly he cares about how his services affect our lawn. He takes pride in a positive outcome.
Specialist are knowledgeable and can answer questions accurately. I’ve been with Tru Green about 10 years. The guarenteed satisfaction was and is a huge selling point for me. I live in a rural area so the winds bring me all sorts of undiserable seeeds and weeds. Very seldom have I asked to be retreated but when I have it’s never an issue. I’m always notified a couple days in advance when treatments will be applied so I can mow if needed. They are also very courteous. Mowing isn’t my favorite pastime but when I’m done and looking at a nice green “grass” lawn it seems a lot more worthwhile.

Aaron H. provided a great deal of information about the products he was applying and why he was using them. It was good to know he was aware of the zoysia in the backyard whereas the front yard is Tall Fescue with some Bermuda grass. I'm typically not home when the lawn service is conducted. I have been home 2 other times when I spoke to your specialist; the other guys did not give me much info on the products they were applying or why--which is ok, it is just fertilizer and weed killer. But it is nice to know what they are putting down and why. Aaron was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure I was happy with the service.
