Usually your service is very good. However; on your visit 2/8/23, I believe the area between my house and my neighbor's house was skipped. I did not see the technician apply treatment to this area. I did not see any spreader tracks in this area like I did on the rest of my yard. Don't know if it is possible to get this area treated like it should have been. It was really nice when a ticket used to be left when the technician was finished.

You have excellent lawn service. I wish I could pay one bill at a time but for some reason you on line system will not let you pay one bill and the newer one later. I also appreciate it when I only get one service a month. It use to be that way but now I have had three services in one month and on a fixed income that is hard.

I don’t have to worry about researching to know Last name removed to care for shrubs. I just wish the service summary was more detailed to let me know what shrubs were treated. This would provide more detail as to value vs cost of services. Additionally, if there is a problem area with shrubs some direction on Last name removed to possibly correct.
Lucas (Trees/Shrubs) and Mulla (Lawn) each performed services on the same day. They were both excellent! So glad to know that I'm in good hands!

great products first and foremost. Very affordable for what we receive.
TruGreen lets me know when their employees are coming and the time they should arrive. My yard already looks so much better! If it is necessary to talk to someone at TruGreen, their phone is always answered promptly and they transfer me to the person who can help me. It seems to be a well oiled machine. Anything I have talked with them about is always taken care of in a timely manner. I would definitely hire them again to service my lawn.
