Ronald Alexander was my specialist today and he was very kind. He knocked on my door to let me know he was here to take care of my lawn service. He asked me if i had any questions about the service today. Very impressed with his professionalism.
The guys who have done the applications are friendly and don't mind answering my questions. When I chose to cancel my most recent application once the technician told me no weed control was part of the application, it was no problem. However my charge card showed I was still billed. When I called about that the person I spoke with accomplished what needed to be done quickly and was very polite.
