Trugreen followed up to apply Spring yard serivce to my yard within 5 days after making a mistake by applying this same service to my neighbor's yard. which made my neighbor upset and she came to my house to complain to me and I called Truegreen and they responded

Specialist Ronald Alexander was quite helpful with my February 2022 service. Before he applied the dry application he removed two small snow piles from the lawn. This allowed better coverage for the grass. I appreciate his extra care. Sue G in Indy.
Yesterday's horticultural oil treatment was superb. Jeffrey hit every bush shrub and tree. We will have to wait and see how they do the yard this year. They usually do a shotty job at that. It seems as if you have to babysit them. Not all of the specialists are the same udually the younger ones who don't care try to just do the bare minimum and skip about a 3rd of the yard out back..
Overall the service is very good. I think the chemicals are top notch. The yearly results are much better than our neighbors who use other competitors.

A very good product, treatment results are very good, price seems to be reasonable for tge product. Most technicians are very capable with a few exceptions.
