The tech, Andrew Korpal, that applied my 1st treatment was very cordial, knowledgeable, and willing to let me show him the area to treat as my property is out of the norm. Very good service
Lawn looks good with few weeds compared to before I had service. However the 20% price increase this year seems unusual. Also, when I forget to leave the gate to my back yard open I can't tell if it's been treated because the applicator must know how to open it by reaching over the top of the gate to unhook the latch near the top of the gate on the inside. It's not obvious but easy to do. Therefore I suggest sticking the treatment warning sign in the back yard instead of the front yard. No kids or pets play in my yard and about the only time anyone is on it is when I do yard work or when the mail carrier takes a short cut. Also I sometimes get a brown area in the back corner of my back yard by corner of the hedges.

Most of the time the techs are every good and courteous. Wish they were more knowledgeable about the lawns or the more experience people would visit so we can discuss issues we the lawn as I see it.
