I asked him to look at the creeping charlie in our front yard while he was here! He went to his truck and got a sprayer and treated the problem right then! I have enjoyed having Trugreen service my lawn for the last ten years. My specialist is Justin Meier, Justin does an excellent job in providing me complete details of what treatment he is using. From a 0 to 10 I would give him a 12.
Trugreen is definitely a great lawn care service. The one issue I have is when I get a notification of service. Sometimes it will have another name other than Jason Wilson. So I call and explain if any one other than Jason Wilson comes to do my lawn I WILL REFUSE THE TREATMENT. The reason for requesting Jason is he THE GREATEST SPECIALIST We have ever had to do our lawn in over forty years. Jason brought our lawn from weeds to Beautiful!!!! So please when my service comes due JASON WILSON is the only Specialist todo our lawn. Thank you.
Love the text messages updating service dates and the technician is very polite and knowledgeable.
I met Jason outside and we Discussed issues that I was having. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He understood the problem and the cause. He treated the weeds and will make notes on our account so they are not missed again.
