Loved the guy that came by and inspected my tree and shrubs. He pointed out issues and offered your services but didn't do a hard sell on me. I appreciate that greatly, as too often a hard sell will turn me off a company. His approach was helpful to me, so I feel I have benefitted from TruGreen even without buying your additional services. While that did not result in a sale for him this time, it makes me view trugreen much more favorably, and gets me to recommend your services to others.
I'm to old to do it myself and the service is for my summer house. The early spring service is done before I get back north.
My house and lawn are small and I think the charges are high, However they need to be done.

A technician shows up in a timely fashion. My lawn is standing up well with the current drought. Since I first contracted your company's services, my lawn looks tremendously better than when dandelions and creeping charley prevailed.

I spoke personally with Jason Keeley this morning, June 19, as I had a few concerns about weed control under my large pine trees, the area in my backyard where Ameren has done some repairs, and some brown spots on the west side of my yard. He assured me he was doing what needed to be done, and would continue to monitor my concerns. Jason is very polite and kind, and I would hope that he is rewarded for his efforts in keeping my yard looking great! Our subdivision has several homes using Tru-Green! Keep up the good work attitude, Jason!
