Efficient and professional.
Was not real happy with your service last year so I did not sign up for this year. Attempted to sign up with different service, but when they never showed up and you folks did last week “automatically “ I was impressed. Plus the young man who provided the lawn treatment was knowledgeable and very helpful in understanding what was applied and why.
Jeffrey Beeler provided my first lawn service of the season. I encountered some issues before TruGreen started my service program this spring. Immediately upon contacting Mr. Beeler, he handled the problem quickly and efficiently and resolved the issue completely.
Jeffrey completed our first lawn service for this year very thoroughly, paying close attention to areas of concern I had pointed out. He also noticed certain aspects of the yard upon completion which he further discussed with me regarding potential recommendations.
I am extremely satisfied with the service Jeffrey provided on 10APR2020. I hope he can continue to provide service to my lawn. If it had not been for Jeffrey's customer service, I would not be with TruGreen again this year.

I had questions regarding my contract and my representative was quick to get back to me. I always have prompt, courteous service from Trugreen.
David Gentle (#108509) did a nice job. He was informative, polite and he kept his social distance (!!). I watched him do our neighbors' lawns and he was quite thorough. Good employee!
Our lawn looks very good. It is lush and green with few, if any, serious weed or crabgrass infestations. Your technicians are informative and they know their business.

They always have a smile on their faces and laugh because they tell me what they are spaying my brushes and trees also they also call to let me know what service they are doing on that day and I never have any problems with these man who does the service on my yard.thank you
I appreciated the way Jeff B., Branch #5751, Customer #Phone number removed talked to me before and after the lawn treatment. He left me know what problem areas were being addressed and if I had any concerns prior to treating the lawn. He stopped by afterwards to let me know what had been done, asked if I had any questions, and told me what next month's treatment would entail. He was very considerate.

Shawn is very friendly and advises what service is being conducted on the day of contact,
to help you keep up with lawn applications. And advises of what time of applications is
being applied. Very professional
Matthew Duffy was great!. He is personable and professional. He answered all my questions, then he quickly treated the lawn, gave me the paperwork and was gone. He did not take up a lot of my time. I am very satisfied with Matthew's work on this first visit of my plan.
The receipt he gave me listed what he had done. However, it was not personalized to my yard because it says he closed the gate when he was done, and I have no gate. I blame that mistake on the system that prints the receipts - not on Matthew. I suggest you not use canned statements like that on your receipts, because it makes the client feel like the treatment is not personalized to the lawn.
Also, under the "What I Noticed" section, my receipt says nothing about what Matthew showed me and we discussed, which is diseased grass and significant amounts of crabgrass. That should be listed, as it should inform the future treatments that you customize for my yard.

Our service person was Xzavion Davis, he was very courteous and did the work as expected
Xzavior Davis was very good ar explaining the service he was performing and all the things he could do in the future. He took all the time I required to do that.
He sprayed the yard and explained the need to stay off until it dried and other important information.
Prompt service, phone calls telling us when you will arrive
very nice gentleman did the spraying. I wasnt home when he first got here, and I had forgotten to unlock the gate. He texted me and came back when I arrived home. Very good about telling me what he did, asked if i had any questions.....
Your servicemen Andrew and Shawnn came to look at my yard. They took care of my concerns and promptly took action. They were very professional. I believe Andrew sptayed my yard last fall. I'm well pleased with both technicians.
