Blake Mizer was our Lawn Tech today and he is the best tech we have had. There was some confusion with our last 2 techs with what was treated at our property. We have our home property with an extra lot next door and the somehow it got changed on the notes that they were two separate properties. He called us as he could tell that both parcels had not been treated and questioned us about our property. With a little conversation it was all straightened out. We would more than satisfied if there were a way that he could remain our Tech.

We've been happy with your lawn service; I just have one comment about our last service call, which supposedly took place May 20 at 3:07. I was not home that day but my husband was at that time. He does not remember anyone there that day, and there was no receipt left on our door or even one of those "keep off the lawn" stakes that are always left behind. We had no idea that we had been serviced until my husband got a notice that it had been done. I'm assuming that the service was actually provided, but I have nothing to show for it, which has never been the case before. Please remind your service providers to leave something behind to assure the homeowner that their services were provided.
