My lawn specialist is Joshua Ellison. This is the second year he has treated my lawn. Josh is very concientious about doing a great job. He always takes time to walk my lawn with me and answers my questions and gives me suggestions. I feel like he is totally committed to being a partner in helping me have a beautiful lawn.

Joshua Ellison has always done a good job on our lawn! I am a little concerned about grab grass control since grab grass was applied today April 26th. and temperatures have been fairly warm. I hope the crab grass has not already germinated. You lawn specialist indicated if grab grass appears later in the year, he will spot treat it. He felt that lawn was thick enough that if grab grass did appear it most likely will appear around edges of lawn. Joshua always ask if I have any questions or concerns and I appreciate that.

Ryan Kelly was here today to treat our yard. I had a couple of questions which he answered for me. Very pleasant. He also let me know that if the treatment didn't seem to be working after a couple of weeks to call, and he would come back. Great service!

Dale Wilt was a very good specialist. He answered all my questions and was very helpful in pointing out things about my yard. I hope he is always going to be my Trugreen guy!

I would like to thank TruGreen for the quick follow-up. I made a call yesterday about the missed 4/20 treatment and appreciate receiving the treatment today. Warren was very courteous and appreciated the interaction with him this morning. He did a super job!

Well, with out the Dallisgrass problem, TruGreen promotes a very lush and very grass green color in our yard. That's a good thing. Your representative Ron Siler 51398, was extremely professional and was very knowledgeable about what he was doing.

You responded to my survey about the weeds and retreated in a short period of time.
The service technician is very polite and cares about his work.

We like our lawn free of weeds. It is one of the nicest on the block. Well worth the money.

Helps maintain a nice clean yard and beautiful green grass. Only complaint is they didn't do my whole yard last time they cut about 15ft off the back side.

How come I cannot get to the "Trugreen-survey.com site to do a survey on your specialist, KEVIN BAUM, who sprayed my yard on 4/13/2017. Kevin asked me to fill out a survey on his service. He was very friendly and did everything that I asked of him with a smile. He even got you a new customer, my next door neighbor. It isn't fair of your company to have a competition (if that is what you call it) where your employees depend on a web site, for the survey and it does not work. I've tried it for days. Your office couldn't even get to it. That is why I am sending you this. Please give this note to his supervisor, Shawn S. Lee, and to Kevin Baum himself.
