I appreciate being informed in advance of upcoming service dates. Providing the technicians name also adds to the security factor. In addition to your text messages sent in advance, the technicians will knock on my door to let me know they have arrived, address any special requests, and ensure they are safe to enter my fenced-in areas. While I have only met a few of your technicians, they have all been very pleasant and professional, and are always willing to stop and answer questions when needed.
