My wife was home during our last mosquito treatment and I was home for the treatment before that. I believe employee Jermil Coleman was the service tech on both occasions. Both my wife and I noted and appreciate the thoroughness with which he attended to the lawn, landscaping and fence row on our property. I hope TruGreen recognizes the value this employee provides the company, his work certainly re-assures me I'm receiving good value for the service I pay for.

Our lawn looks nice, weeds are dying and the mosquitoes have been under controlled we have been very happy with our results. I do realize keeping good employees has been a hassle for many companies the last couple of years. We appreciate the good job the employees have done that have been to our home.
Tru Green offers many services and I like the advance notice of when they are coming.
My grass is thicker and I have a fewer weeds and when we have enough rain it is nice and green. But since I am on city water I can't afford to water the yard a lot. The yard looks a lot nicer than it did before I had Tru Green.

About my service visit last Friday,
My yard has a unique shape in that most of the yard is to the side of the house and is a utility easement.
Every time a new specialist comes to do the yard, they always miss this unless I am home and notify them of the actual yard boundaries.
This visit looks like the same happened as when I went out to the yard, I could see where the technician had been due to footprints and tracks in the grass.
I called the local number several times on Friday to see if I could catch the technician in the field to have them come back to verify and complete the work if they had missed it.
1st call - went to the call center and was told 3 minute hold before I would be answered .... listened to music for 15 minutes, then the music stopped and 3 minutes later the line disconnected.
2nd call - went to the call center and initiated the call back feature ....... person called back in 5 minutes, but since I was on a call, they left a message to call back and wait again.
3rd call - went to the call center and initiated the call back feature ...... person called back in 3 minutes, but their connection was so bad I could barely hear them. I said I can barely hear you. They hung up and did not call me back.
What poor customer service! I never had this type of issue when I could call the local Fisher's office and talk to someone directly.
