I wanted to give a shout out to TruGreen and our technician Cole E. We had a minor issue with our service today which I caught but unfortunately I just missed Cole right as he left. I ended up chatting with support and they were able to promptly help. Cole returned within the hour and handled the issue to our complete satisfaction.

Service like this in the face of such a small problem like we encountered today is very difficult to come by. The real-time assistance and the fact that everything was fixed for us so timely speaks to the service level that TruGreen provides. Very happy with the response today!

My technician does a great job. I have referred several people to use TruGreen, my front yard is what most people see, and they rave about how lush it is!
My daughter and I actually took off our shoes and just walked around in the front yard! Great to feel such nice grass under our feet!
