Scott Brintnall, aka Mr. Trugreen, provides us with the best lawn care services. We have been a customer for many years and Scott serviced our 3 properties before being reassigned to another town. For a few years we have had various techs provide us with service. I was never totally satisfied with the others. Since having Scott back on the scene our lawn has NEVER looked better. I can only attribute this to his experience and knowledge.

Scott Brintnall aka 'Mr. Trugreen' is our 'regular' guy. Today 3 of my 7 grandchildren were visiting and playing outdoors. I was totally comfortable that, before bringing them indoors I was able to, without hesitation, introduce them to Scott.

Your technicians show up when they say they will. However, I do have a complaint. Back in April or May of this year, a supervisor from your Plymouth, Mass. office did come to my residence after a request was made by me.(I think his name was Chris????Not sure). I explained to him that my lawn was airated?? and overseeded two years in a row. However, my lawn developed two areas where the process did not take and I was left with two bald spots on the lawn. I was told then that the areas would be treated and fixed, at no charge to me, in the fall of this year(2023). I have yet to be contacted as to when this will take place(I believe it is called slicing or splicing). Could someone please come out and perform this service? I am very upset that no one has contacted me or done the work yet. Please advise. Thank you. James Last name removed
