I've been with your company since you took over Prescription Turf. When I have a problem or concern i get emitted help. The only upsetting problem us i have a problem with Trudy your automated phone girl. On MANY occasions I will get a call that saying they are coming to provide my service and more times than not they don't show up. Weather has not been the problem. One time they ran out of your product before they could come. When they are not able to come I wish I could get a call since I have to unlock gates and I gave to keep my dog in.

I had concerns about a missed service application and Bethany, the Andover Branch customer care coordinator contacted contacted me on a Saturday to address my concerns. She was polite, efficient and resolved my problem. I was impressed with her overall attitude and her work ethics. Thank you Bethany, a job well done!

I like knowing in advance when there will be a service. However, my first lawn service was postponed bc I had snow on the lawn. 2 weeks later I got a call the service would happen on Tuesday. No one came on Tuesday. I got a call midday on Wednesday that the service would be done on Thursday.
Been with you folk for umpteen years. What else can I say?

Very nice costumer services and answer all my doubts. I started used TrueGreen In august 2020 after purchasing our new home and the lawn was extremely dry and ugly. They came and we have been see a huge difference on our lawn, beautiful and tick growing grass. It is not 100% because the grass has not been treated for 2 years, but our huge front yard is green and fuller. Hopefully in spring time, the front yard will be Fully green with new lawn.

Choosing TruGreen to fertilize my lawn this season improved my lawns color and thickness and helped prepared my lawn to comeback with more color and thickness this coming spring season.
Visits were timely and the treatments worked! My lawn looks 100% better than it did last year. Also, when the first aeration and overseeding was done early in August and none of the seed germinated, TruGreen was happy to send someone out to do it again the following month.
