when I am able to talk with the tedch, application is very thorough and I get an explanation of the service from him.

HOWEVER, AM DISAPPOINTED THAT WITH THESE PAST TWO AERVICES, TECHS SAID PRINTER IN TRUCK NOT WORKING. PLEase fix so we can get any instructions immediately.

This is our first experience with TruGreen. My husband briefly met our service technician, Eric Fudge. He was extremely efficient and professional. We are so impressed with the comprehensive on-line automated account/service program that informs the customer of every detail regarding the customer's account. In the 46 years of having lawn services, TruGreen is by far the leader in the industry..
